Ricardo Ruiz is a researcher at Centre for Inovation, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability/Federal University of Pernambuco - Brazil. He is professor at University of Pernambuco and is presidente of 3Ecologias.net, a software development company focused on interactions between common citizens and computers. Has worked in dozens of Federal, State and Municipal social and digital inclusion programs for the last 15 years.
