Neo-Luddists want to slow/stop the development of new technologies. And most of them have high awareness of freedom/human rights/ecology. On the other hand technophiles are generally early adapters and tend to accept without questioning.

We can't ignore the technology- only way to fight against it is to use & understand how it works & even use the technology against technology.
