Since 2013 Design Thinking has been the focus of my professional life: at first as a space manager at launchlabs, then as a student at HPI D-School and now as co-founder and full-time innovation coach at INNOKI. It fascinates me how time and resources can be saved during product development by learning early on what is actually relevant to the user. As a coach, I especially enjoy facilitating teams to expand their comfort zones in order to reach their full creative potential.
