Tabea Grzeszyk is co-founder and CEO of hostwriter.org, a global platform for cross-border collaborative journalism which was launched at re:publica 2014. As a freelance radio- and TV journalist based in Berlin (Deutschlandradio), Tabea participated in the Vocer Innovation Medialab (2013), Middle East Fellowship Beirut/Lebanon (2013) and  LCBs Border Crossers Program (2017). She is an external lecturer at the journalism department of Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
