Julia ist Kommunikationsexpertin und Absolventin der HTW Berlin & D-School am Hasso-Plattner-Institut in Potsdam. Als Dozentin im Digital Work Seminar der HTW Berlin entwickelte sie Ideen & Konzepte für nutzer-zentrierte, virtuelle Zusammenarbeit. Sie ist eine der 20 Mitgründer von INNOKI, einer Innovationsagentur in Berlin und Spezialistin für Teambuilding, Service Design und Agiles Management. Aktuell ist sie auf Innovationsmission in Barcelona wo sie Die Celsa Group beim Umsetzen neuer Technologien und Prozesse als Design Thinking Coach begleitet.
