David is currently SVP of Tresorit, the end-to-end encryption company. He is building ZeroKit to empower developers in digital health and other markets to deliver unbreakable privacy and security. David spent a total of 18 years in product, engineering, UX and business leadership roles. He worked 12 years at Microsoft and launched his own social network analysis startup, CX-Ray. He’s founder of simpleCrypto Academy, a community in San Francisco where engineers without cryptography expertise can learn hands-on security from the best experts. He has also been a mentor to a number of early-stage startups helping them with establishing their business model and kickstart their operations.
