Regina worked 7 years for the International Telecommunication Union, where she, within the frameworks of the ITU´s most important conference, set up the Young Innovators Program: the United Nations´ first co-creation and ideation platform for young social entrepreneurs working with connected technologies in innovative ways. She also set up a 1-year accelerator and incubation program for up to 12 talented winners with peer and traditional mentorship, knowledge sharing, high-level networking opportunities, visibility and seed funding. She successfully incubated 60+ social startups worldwide. In 2016, she moved to Berlin to develop Ashoka´s digital social entrepreneurial strategy, manage the incubation of the Google Impact Challenge winners and assist Ashoka´s German youth program, PEP. In 2017, she is launching the Social-Digital Incubator, a project aimed at fostering financially sustainable social innovation boosted by digital technologies all over the world.
