I'm a trained designer, food activist, freelance author, artist and culinary curator, living and working in Berlin and on the road.

I'm known for culinary protest activities in public space combining the political and social dimensions of food with entertaining ideas which show people that sustainable eating can be fun, and indulgence should be celebrated.

One of my main interests lies in saving our world culinary heritage which is in danger to disappear by building bridges between production and consumption of our food.
