Custom DIY Limbs is a one year long government funded (BMBF) project that aims to research how digital tools could benefit the production of lower limb prosthetics. During the research, many prototypes will be developed to determine how new technology could be used for prosthetics. We hope to collaborate with othopedic technicians, amputees, and other professionals in furthering this topic. The end result will be a publicly available research document that can be used by others to continue the topic for personal and public use.
